Composting Workshop/Honeysuckle Cutting in Garth Nature Area

About the Event

On Saturday, July 27th Missouri Conservation Corps is teaming up with Volunteer Columbia to present a Home Composting Workshop in Columbia’s Garth Nature Area.  Participants can come to learn about composting during a one hour workshop at 9 a.m., and then stick around to cut and remove honeysuckle at 10 a.m.  Participants and volunteers are encouraged to sign up for this event by emailing Volunteer Columbia at [email protected]. This event will run from 9 a.m. until 11 a.m. on Saturday, July 27th at Garth Nature Area, 2799 North Garth Avenue.
