Fall Tree Planting at Indian Hills Park

About the Event

Missouri Conservation Corps will be teaming up with Columbia Parks and Recreation to plant 25 new trees in Columbia’s Indian Hills Park on Sunday, November 16th.  Indian Hills Park is located at 5009 Aztec Boulevard.  This event runs from 1-3 p.m., and Missouri Conservation Corps will bring the tools, gloves, and trees…volunteers will need to dress for the weather, and for the work of digging holes and planting trees.

Because this is one of our cold season events, we will once again bring hot cocoa and snacks for our hard-working volunteers!

This event is open to all ages and skill levels… if you have never planted a tree before, we will teach you how, and we will have many tree-planting tasks to help with at this event.
